National Employ Older Workers Week, September 19-25, 2004
As the generation of baby boomers ages, older adults will account for a growing percentage of the labor force. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2000 13 percent of the workforce was age 55 or older; by 2015 that number is expected to rise to 20 percent. Read more...
