SCSEP Program

The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is the largest federally-funded program for older adults who seek civic engagement plus employment and training assistance. In 2010, more than 125,000 SCSEP participants—women and men 55+—were paid to work part-time in local programs and organizations, many of them assisting other older adults.
