FY2011 Federal Budget Cuts SCSEP Funding: State-by-State Impact

On April 15, President Obama signed into law HR 1473, a full-year Continuing Resolution approving the federal budget for FY2011. This budget cuts SCSEP funding starting on July 1, 2011, to $450 million, a 45% reduction from the current FY2010 funding level of $825 million.
