Our Employment Programs

The Center for Workforce Inclusion’s programs empower older workers and assist cities and employers, creating a wide-ranging positive economic impact. Our programs exist to serve low-income, older Americans with a focus on communities who have been traditionally underserved by workforce programs, such as Veterans, women, and workers formerly involved with the justice system.

Job Openings at the Center

The Center for Workforce Inclusion is committed to making it possible for low-income and other disadvantaged older adults to participate fully in determining their own future and the future of their communities. We trace our roots to the National Council of Senior Citizens, launched in 1962 to advocate for older Americans. We are now the only national entity dedicated exclusively to the employment of workers 50+.
